For Dogeared customers who live around the world, we ship to Canada and other international locations.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders will ship within a day of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Currently, you can enter only one shipping address per order. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order online by logging on to your Dogeared.com account and selecting Order History. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Dogeared does not have information on customs or duties so we are unable to estimate these charges.

Because customs processing may delay packages 10 business days or more, Dogeared cannot guarantee delivery dates on international orders.  

We are unable to accept returns for orders shipped internationally. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at dogoodteam@dogeared.com.
