Our repair and replacement process is designed to be as easy as 1, 2, 3 — so you can get back to wearing what you love while helping us keep materials out of landfills.

Complete the quick form below to get started. You’ll receive a confirmation right away letting you know we’ve received your request and will review it within 2 business days.
Customer Care Review
- Within 6 months: Your piece qualifies for a free replacement.
- After 6 months: We’ll do our best to repair it for a small service fee that includes return shipping.
Either way, we’ll email you with next steps and clear instructions on what to do next.
Receive & Recycle
Once your repair or replacement is approved:
- Replacements are shipped directly to you, and we invite you to return your original piece so we can responsibly recycle and reuse the materials.
- Repairs are lovingly restored by our team and sent back to you with care.
Dogeared covers outbound shipping on replacements and return shipping on repairs.
