A note on our wish products
If your silk cord broke, take it as a good sign. That's the Wish Necklace ritual doing what it was designed to do. It's said that when the cord breaks, your wish is ready to come true.
If your necklace broke shortly after purchase and you believe there may be an issue, please reach out to us. We're always happy to help.

Customer Care Review
Purchased Within 6 months: Your piece qualifies for a free replacement.
After 6 months: We’ll do our best to repair it for a small service fee that includes return shipping.
Either way, we’ll email you with next steps and clear instructions on what to do next.
Receive & Recycle
Once your repair or replacement is approved:
Replacements are shipped directly to you, and we invite you to return your original piece so we can responsibly recycle and reuse the materials.
Repairs are lovingly restored by our team and sent back to you with care.
Dogeared covers outbound shipping on replacements and return shipping on repairs.
Replacement and repair policies apply to domestic orders only at this time.
