How do I set up an account?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Oops! Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door - most orders process and ship within a day (excluding weekends and holidays). If it has not yet been processed, we can cancel your order so that you can place it once more with the correct items.
Please Contact Us ASAP to notify us of any changes you would like to make.
What should I do if my order will not go through?
We know you want your new Dogeared goodies as quickly as possible! Check that all required fields have been filled out correctly. Your billing address should be entered exactly as indicated on your billing statement. If you have a middle initial on your credit card, use it on the billing page. If you continue to experience difficulties when placing your order, please contact us immediately.
What if my jewelry is damaged?
Please contact us if you need to discuss damaged jewelry because every situation is unique. We want you to love your purchase and we stand behind our quality.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders within the U.S. greater than $75. We also offer Priority and Overnight delivery options for an additional fee. Shipping charges are displayed on the check-out page.
Please Note: None of the carriers are “guaranteeing delivery” at this time.
Most orders will ship within a day of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Currently, you can enter only one shipping address per order. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order online by logging on to your Dogeared.com account and selecting Order History.
Standard: 2-7 business days
Priority: 2-3 business days
Overnight: next day delivery
All orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Dogeared does not have information on customs or duties so we are unable to estimate these charges.
Because customs processing may delay packages 10 business days or more, Dogeared cannot guarantee delivery dates on international orders.
We are unable to accept returns for orders shipped internationally. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com.
If you received your Dogeared.com order and aren't totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the ship date for a refund (less shipping if applicable), to the original method of payment.
The merchandise must be unworn with original packaging invoice included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. The refund may take 2-3 business days to post depending on the card issuing bank. We do not do exchange transactions.
If you received a gift purchased from our website, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date. A Dogeared.com gift certificate will be emailed to you for the amount of the item(s). We are unable to process returns for items purchased at retailers other than Dogeared.com.
You must include the original packing slip, the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit code. If you do not have this information we're happy to locate it! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the gift giver’s full name or email address so we can find the order information. We do not do exchange transactions
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund. Dogeared is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Dogeared does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. Send items to:
